Extremely disappointing. There was a wide gap between what was promised & what was given.
3.0The property, as such, is good. It has the potential to attract much better rating from customers if the upkeep & maintenance is done properly and the staff members are given professional training. The limited members of the staff were cordial and they tried their level best to provide good service, but the facilities were woefully inadequate. My comment is strictly based on the facilities with which I had interface. I stayed at a 1 BR apartment but I do not have any idea about how the other rooms are kept.
− We stayed at what was described as a 1 BR Apartment called "Nest". The upkeep & maintenance of at least that room was abysmally low & leaves much to be desired. Quite a lot of things were listed under "Facilities" in Booking.com website, but many items were missing. For example, the AC was not working. If not working, it could simply have been removed from the room. The TV was not working. Many lights were not working. There was no balcony, even though listed under Facilities. We paid for 3 adults, but the bathrobe was provided for only one person. There was no Coffee Maker available. A kettle was kept inside, but with no tea cups, no tea dips/coffee sachets. There was no provision for heating. THERE WAS NOT EVEN A MIRROR IN THE ROOM (other than a small mirror in the bathroom). It is doubtful whether the staff members were trained at all. They were cordial & polite, true, but certainly not trained to the level of professionalism which this property deserved, and more importantly for which we paid.
