3.0Gepflegte Anlage mit großem Pool, fussläufig zum Watt. Gute Fahrradentfernung zum Strand und nach Kampen und Wenningstedt. Schöne Terrasse. Ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr.
− Deutlicher Renovierungsstau, Keller (ein Schlafzimmer) feucht, zum Teil fehlen Fliesen. Wände mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren, Inventar alt, bei der Kaffeemaschine fehlte der Filtereinsatz, KEIN WLAN, Mobiliar alt, Glasplatte vom Tisch gesprungen, notdürftig geklebt. Kleiner Backofen.
