8.0It was value for money and the beds were very comfortable.
− At night it was very hard to find an address . The street is not lit very well at all. I suggest putting an iridescent number on the house. May I suggest a shelf in the bathroom so you can put your toiletries up while bathing and small lounge room tablets to put your drink on or snacks. Also a suitcase holder or something in the bedrooms to put a suitcase on. So you don't have to go all the way on the floor . Albert was wonderful and responded quickly to our remote not working but didn't bring one back to us . Mind you we're there over Easter and the stores were closed so he probably couldn't get a replacement. I would gladly rent again

− Bath/shower was not clean, bugs and dirt throughout. Not nice. Shower was not cleaned as there was old worn soap bits from previous "guests" had NOT been cleaned or removed. Toilet, there was dirty tiles all around Bin under sink, no spare rubbish bags and bin was dirty, yuk. Yard, grass should have been mowed and tidied up Kitchen, if stuff left there, make remove old stuff and fresh, in date still. Or just remove all stuff Doors, walls, ceiling and overall property old, tired and dirty Be nice touch to having single use soaps, shampoo, conditioner, sugar, coffee, tea, milk etc FRESH for every guest Lounge old worn and not inviting Bed in front bedroom, broken slat Great location as said, but please please clean it up!
