9.0Apartment and building is new, modern, clean. The apartment is decorated nicely and tastefully while feeling cozy like at home. The size of the room is good for 2 people. The room feels spacious. We were only there for a short time but I liked it. Good and timely communication and receiving of the key
− The parking spot was a bit tight and small. But manageable. Also make sure to drop the keys in the mailbox after you drive out of the parking lot since you need the key to open the ramp to exit 😅 no big deal for us since someone was there to let us out
