9.0La lumière, la grandeur, les équipements de l’appartement . L’emplacement très central, proche de tout. La terrasse dans le toit, pleine de charme et très agréable .
− La chambre à coucher avec balcon un peu bruyante mériterait une fenêtre à double vitrage. Un fer à repasser serait aussi très utile

− Von der unteren Wohnung (vermutlich gewerblich) starke Essensgerüche die ganze Nacht durch jeden Tag ins Treppenhaus und in die Wohnung . Leider Starker Verkehrslärm im Schlafzimmer
