10.0Ett jättefint boende med stora rum, och en helt underbar terrass med fantastiskt utsikt! Bra parkering i garage under huset med hiss direkt upp till fjärde våning.

8.0Views were stunning! Very clean and tidy. Make sure you use the outside ‘curtains’ in extreme heat to cover the balcony, as that really does heat up the whole apartment! Good location, great for walking around the lake.
− The power went out a couple of times - but Polina was very responsive and helped quickly and it was resolved, which meant we knew what to do when it happened the second time. One of the toilets kept catching itself on a loop and continuing to flush which I think caused the issue. Aircon wasn’t particularly strong but it was extremely hot when we were there. Had a bit of a problem with my U.K. app paying the fee on arrival but managed it. Would have much preferred to have paid in full in advance to save last minute stress of doing it on arrival.
Everything was perfect for us.

8.0Super Panoramaaussicht. Großzügige Wohnung, Küche breit aufgestellt, viele Utensilien, aber einiges dabei in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr sicher und guter Abstellplatz für das Auto.
− In der Ausschreibung wurden Pool und Yacuzzi aufgelistet, die trotzdem nicht zugänglich waren. Begründung: Den Italienern wären 20-22 Grad Außentemperatur noch zu kalt. Uns nicht! Die Dame, die die Einführung in die Wohnung machte, sprach nur Italienisch. Verständigung schwierig.

9.0Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt, sauber und grosszügig.Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich wunderbar.Es gibt eine gemütliche Sitzgarnitur auf dem Balkon.Zu Fuss ist man in 5 Minuten am See und beim Bäcker.Die Tiefgarage mit dem Aufzug ist super komfortabel.
