Different than on the pictures and description!
3.0The location, elevator in the building and parking spot in closed area.
− I was travelling with my mother and first thing we noticed was that the furniture was completely different than what was advertised on the pictures. The corner couch was replaced by an old leather sofa and the beautiful white couch in the bedroom was covered with some old piece of fabric cover that didn’t fit the room at all. Although, bedroom had blinded curtains, they didn’t come to the end of the rack, so there was straight on street/parking lot lights blasting in all night long. In the living room, where the other person sleeps, there were no blinds, only daylight curtains, so all that light was in there as well. In the ad, it was said that everything needed is available - coffee machine, tableware, dishes etc. In reality, there were no full sets of any kind of dishes. 2 forks in total, maybe 1-2 teaspoons, different cups, plates etc. we wanted to use the oven pan but it was so dirty, we had to start off by washing it before. And the coffee machine… it was there, it was working but the pot was not the original one from that specific machine, so it didn’t get to the part, where coffee drips into the pot because it wasn’t high enough. We had to improvise to get coffee out from the filter, into the pot. The general cleanliness was not great. It was clearly only dusted/cleaned from places you can see but not under the bed, behind curtains, under sofa etc. So, if you’re allergic to dust, you will definitely feel it.

10.0Хорошее расположение квартиры, примерно в 2-х км от центра. Рядом есть трамвайная остановка. В квартире чисто, уютно. В спальне очень удобная кровать.
− Запах дивана в зале. В квартире для стиральной машины не было стирального порошка или капсул (покупали сами). Была кофеварка, но не было кофе и сахара.
