10.0Casa bellissima, pulita e dotata di tutto. È molto grande, ogni camera ha il suo bagno e c'è un terzo bagno con lavatrice. Il terrazzo è spazioso con il tavolo per mangiare. La macchina si può parcheggiare nel giardino. La posizione è strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle della zona e spostarsi verso Porto Pino a ovest o verso Chia a est a seconda del vento.

9.0La casa e pulita, i letti sono comodissimi ed entrambe le camere hanno l'aria condizionata anche se non l'abbiamo usata molto perché la casa è molto fresca. c'è tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria per cucinare, pentole nuove.
− Metterei maggior cura all'esterno, il giardino non è molto curato, basterebbe eliminare solo qualche staccionata messa in disparte e riparare le docce esterne. Ottima comunque la possibilità di mettere la macchina nello spazio interno . Matteo, il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile e gentile

10.0O imóvel é bastante espaçoso, e muito bem equipado, contando com isolamento acustico perfeito, interna e externamente. Fica muito bem localizado na cidade de Teulada, excelente base para conhecer as lindas praias desta região da Sardenha.
