10.0L’appartamento è davvero bellissimo, curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutto il necessario. Ci si sente subito come a casa e la posizione è ottima, perfetta per visitare la zona. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole. Vorrei segnalare solo due aspetti che, secondo me, potrebbero essere migliorati. Il primo riguarda la porta d’ingresso: all’inizio non è molto intuitivo capire come aprirla e ci vuole un po’ di tempo per prenderci la mano. Se si ha particolare urgenza… può essere un po’ complicato! 😅 Il secondo aspetto riguarda la privacy del bagno. C’è una finestra che affaccia direttamente sulle scale e l’unica tenda presente è trasparente. Ho verificato personalmente dall’esterno e si riesce a vedere chiaramente all’interno, quindi chi passa sulle scale può vedere chi si trova in bagno. A mio avviso sarebbe importante installare una tenda oscurante o trovare un’altra soluzione per garantire una maggiore privacy agli ospiti. Per il resto è stato tutto davvero ottimo. Un ringraziamento speciale alla ragazza del check-in, gentilissima, simpatica e sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. Ci tornerei volentieri! ⭐️

7.0Appartamento carino, curato nei dettagli, pulito, accogliente, si vede che c'è cura e attenzione nei confronti del cliente, non manca davvero nulla! Al check-in ci ha accolto Eleonora, gentilissima e molto disponibile.
− Purtroppo dal vano tecnico al piano terra, in corrispondenza della camera matrimoniale principale, proviene un rumore che può dare fastidio, soprattutto di notte, si sente abbastanza. Io personalmente non sono riuscita a riposare. Il parcheggio può essere difficile da trovare, e in zona rossa i parcheggi sono molto cari (ovviamente il gestore non ne ha colpa!).

9.0Très bon emplacement, très agréable, tout peu être fait a pieds, nous avons laissé notre voiture dans un parking sécurisé, Andros pour 25€ par jour. Très bon contact avec Giusi et de très bons conseils. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue 🥰
− Le bar restaurant en bas fait un peu de bruit
