8.0La ubicación, la terraza, la limpieza.
− La escalera de acceso a la habitación de arriba y la cama en un pasillo. La falta de armarios en la planta superior y en la inferior había un armario pero lleno de ropa de cama. Sólo había 3 perchas, solicitamos más y nos trajeron 5 perchas para 4 personas, es decir 2 para cada una. Muy escasas.
Fazit: völlig okay und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Vielen Dank.
8.0Sehr große Wohnung mit vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten. Kühl- und Gefrierschrank sehr gut, Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Mobile Klimaanlage vorhanden. Sehr ruhige Hausbewohner, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Große Terrasse mit viel Sitzmöbel. Sehr großes hochwertiges Bad plus zusätzliches WC. Sehr schnelle und wohlwollende Reaktionen des Vermieters.
− Duschablauf wohl leicht verstopft. Dachflächenfenster schlecht zu bedienen, da viel zu hoch eingebaut. Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Kreuzung und beide Schlafzimmer zur Strassenseite. In der Küche muss das Besteck geprüft werden (kleine Löffel zu wenig).
