− Windows dirty.cooktop dirty, cheap thin flimsy pillows, both beds squeak when you move.

Well priced accomodation for a family of 4-5. Near shopping centre and close to CBD. Good sized rooms. Washer and dryer is functional.

− The one bathroom is compact may be an issue for some. Not alot of cupboard space in the kitchen.

the location was great - Canberra is a beautiful city

− we arrived at 9.30pm. The keys were in a lockbox in a dark unmarked alley the other side of the city. When we finally got to the apartments, the key did not unlock the door of the building. A call to Sarah and apparently the keys ware always checked so we must have been in the wrong building despite the fact I was looking at and read out the (correct) address on the building when I rang her. Finally an assistant arrived with a properly programmed key (now getting very late). The door opened to a tiny apartment. Two mismatched cups, no teaspoons, thin sheets straight onto mattresses with no mattress protectors, the lift periodically decided not to work, no directions to use the parking area which had gates and arrows directing you one way when we found in fact you had to go against the arrow to gain entry. Very disappointing for a special weekend in Australia's capital!!

− Key collection policy and position very inconvenient - no lighting at night and costs extra when travelling by taxi. Inventory limited. No restaurant or hotel nearby. Patio filthy.
