10.0Labai malonus šeimininkas. Gera lokacija, viskas arti. Patalpoje vėsu net karštą dieną. Reikalui esant yra kondicionierius, kuris ir vėsina ir šildo. Galima pasigrilinti kepsnius - šeimininkas suteikia visas priemones. Yra dengtas prieangis, kur galima vakaroti su šeima ar draugais.
