Old apartment. Old equipment

− the apartment has not been renovated for a long time. all the equipment is old. there are lots of objects lying around.

− Additional linen charges at CHF15 per pax was quite significant. Prices should just be included as a room costs. Heater did not seem to work, it wasn't turning on and room was quite cold.
