Chalkida eine tolle Stadt
6.0Die Region ist einfach herrlich, und man kann mit dem Auto überall hin, wie z.B. Athen
− Die Wohnung war direkt auf einer Durchfahrtsstraße und somit den ganzen Tag über laut. Die Räume der Wohnung rochen sehr muffig. Die Spülung der Toilette funktionierte nicht richtig, man musste immer den Haupthahn zudrehen damit das Wasser nicht den ganzen Tag über läuft. Hunderte Schränke vorhanden aber alle wurden als Rumpelkammer verwendet somit lebte man eben aus dem Koffer. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer sehr unterirdisch, die leben anscheinend im Ausland (Kanada oder USA) und sind auch keine Griechen. Im Kinderzimmer war ein Schreibtisch mit sehr vielen Briefen des Energieversorgers. Als wir angekommen waren und wir vor dem Haus eine halbe Stunde warten mussten, haben wir die Nummer von einem einheimischen erhalten der sich um die Schlüssel kümmert. Im großen und ganzen, waren wir ja nur abends zum Schlafen dort, somit alles okay. Aber das was mich stört ist eben, das alle meine Mängel mit minimalistischen Aufwand behoben werden können. Gruch = Duftstäbchen Volle Schränke= entrümpeln Kommunikation Eigentümer = direkt mit demjenigen kommunizieren der uns die Schlüssel überreicht, damit vermeidet man Stille post. Anderd betreiber verwenden Schlüsselboxen. Wäre hier ja auch ideal.

9.0Good location near beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants,.. The apartment in the 3rd floor is clean and had everything needed for our stay. There are two balconies. The one with street view had a table and chairs and good place for enjoying breakfast and meals. Everything went smoothly and we had a nice stay.there.
