10.0Die FeWo Charlie im 3. OG ist eine sehr schöne, großzügige Altbau Wohnung. Die Lage ist super: das Zentrum und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es war alles super, beste Ausstattung (zB verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen), sehr bequemes Bett, Badewanne, kleiner Balkon etc... Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat bestens geklappt!

9.0das Haus ist unweit vom Bahnhof gelegen. Bereits den Hausflur fand ich sehr ansprechend. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Betten und Handtücher waren liebevoll drapiert. Alles absolut sauber und auch ruhig. Ich könnte mir gut vorstellen hier auch mal länger zu bleiben, um Chemnitz zu entdecken.

Die Unterkunft ist für eine oder mehrere Personen hervorragend geeignet und sehr gut ausgestattet
9.0Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, das laminierte Zettel als Erklärungen in der Wohnung hingen. Außerdem gab es Ausstattungen, die man nicht in jeder Ferienwohnung findet wie ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe, Duschgel und Kaffee. Es gab direkt vor der Tür Parkplätze für 2,50€ pro Tag und weiter oben in der Straße auch kostenlose Parkplätze, auf die der Vermieter hingewiesen hat.
− Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, sodass man abends die Nachbarn hört.

10.0Die Unterkunft bist super gelegen 15 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt ein paar Minuten bis zum Bahnhof. Perfekt Betten sind super klasse geschlafen nicht durch gelegen. Alles ist sehr sauber. Wir bekam den Schlüssel spontan eher was total klasse war. Komm gerne wieder!
