Appartamento ben pulito, fornito di biancheria letto e per il bagno con kit di prima necessità. Super fornita la cucina con messa a disposizione di generi alimentari per una prima colazione e/o pranzo. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Parcheggio gratuito facile da trovare nelle vicinanze.

− A chi non è abitato, può dar fastidio il rumore della strada vicina ma, a finestre chiuse con condizionatore acceso, si risolve benissimo.

Appartamento nuovo, spazioso e super accessoriato! Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze (compreso il bagno). Centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Host molto disponibile e accogliente, ci ha fatto trovare acqua, latte, merendine per la colazione… Siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo molto volentieri!

Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la casa precedente quando eravamo già sul posto e siamo rimasti senza alloggio; ho trovato questa struttura nel tardo pomeriggio e l’ho prenotata per la sera stessa. Ho contatto subito il proprietario che è stato molto gentile e disponibile a farci effettuare subito il check in. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente, dotata di aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Un ottimo soggiorno!

Excellent, modern and well-equipped apartment in the quite area of Chiavari. The host was very helpful and attentive to all requests. It was very nice to have wine, soft drinks and snacks in the kitchen on arrival, especially given the fact that we checked in at 23:00. The apartment is equipped with inverter type air conditioning in every room, in the kitchen and even in the bathroom. The bathroom is clean and nice, has good furniture. Although the kitchen can be not so spacious for 5 people, it is new, functional and has all you can need both for short and long term stays, including the semi-professional coffee machine. The building is new and there is only one apartment on every floor, so your windows are oriented on all sides. The skyline and the sea view is amazing, as the building is on the small hill above the downtown of Chiavari. There is a free public parking nearby where we could find a free place in 95% of evening during our long stay (only in the late evening may be an additional search required and you can definitely find a free slot in 150-200 meters).

− Sometimes we had mosquitos because we prefer to have windows open during the night. However, you can use the inverter air-conditioning which can let you to keep windows closed and have plenty of fresh air inside
