9.0The location was perfect! We loved having breakfast or dinner on the roof terrace. It was fantastic that they had bikes for us.

10.0The apartment is on a great place, right in the beautiful area of town, but in a quieter side alley, a few hundred meters from the vaporetto station for Venice. It is very well equipped and comfortable. Communication (in Italian language) with the host went smoothly, very responsive and effective. The roof terrace is beautiful and there are bicycles available (we did not use, but looked good)

1.0− It was poorly located. Difficult to park. A very basic apartment, oversold in the images on booking.com. It was small, no views, no aircon. Communication only in Italian. Not met on arrival. We decided not to stay.
Superb
9.0Our hosts, Roberto and his daughter Giovanna, were super nice and welcoming. We had some issues with the key and they were always reachable and immediately there to help! We also loved that the place had bikes freely available for us to use - fantastic and perfect for the 5min ride to the beach!
