− Pas de chance,comme c’est un immeuble qui date des années 70,beaucoup de rénovations d’appartements et même l’entrée de l’immeuble avec sacs de gravats et poussière insupportable par découpe à sec de matériaux durs. dommage car cela gâche les vacances. Aussi aucune ventilation dans les WC pourtant exigus.L’immeuble de près de 200 logements nous paraissait quasiment vide.
Petit week-end calme.
8.0Appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé. C'était très calme. La vue sur la mer était enivrante. Une place de parking souterrain est un plus.
− Planche de wc bancale. Nous n'avons pas trouvé comment faire fonctionner le chauffage dans la salle de bain. La baignoire n'est pas pratique et est très glissante.
