Als "Notlösung" okay, aber besser als gedacht
6.0Relativ bezahlbar Kontaktloser Check-in und Check-out Die Parkplatzsituation war, wenn man nicht ganz spät abends ankam, okay Die Umgebung und die anderen Hausbewohner waren doch leiser als erwartet Die Lage ist recht zentral Es wird auch im Hausflur an der Renovierung des Hauses gearbeitet
− Umgebung, wie erwartet, sehr runtergekommen Ausstattung teilweise etwas kaputt Viele Spinnenweben im oberen Bereich bereits bei Ankunft

9.0Es war wirklich schon alles da, was man braucht, von Klo- über Küchenpapier, Handtücher, bezogene Betten, Mülltüte, u. vieles mehr, richtig gut! Wohnung ist funktional, modern und sehr sauber. Am Vorabend hat sich die Vermieterin gemeldet und ein paar wichtige Infos gegeben, Codes usw. gab es auch schriftlich. In den vier Nächten inkl. Wochenende war es jederzeit absolut ruhig im Haus. Parkplatz an der Straße max.200m vom Haus habe ich immer gefunden.
− Im Quartier leben und halten sich wohl sehr viele Leute auf, die ihren Müll und Unrat auf der Straße entsorgen, keine Ahnung in welchem Land das gut sein soll. Wechselnde Autos ohne Kennzeichen. Dennoch scheint es nicht gefährlich zu sein, ich fühlte mich sicher. Preis-Leistung ist deshalb ganz gut.
