Wonderful Stay!
9.0What a lovely apartment with a stunning view of the ocean! The host was so friendly, hospitable and helpful. The apartment has everything you need, very clean and so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we made a few dinners there. We absolutely loved our stay there. Close to many swimming and surfing spots and close to supermarkets, restaurants and the town. This was a very special town, and our stay there made it even more special. We will definitely come back again!
No Relaxation in Ericeira - Like Staying in a Dog Kennel
4.0The apartment is very spacious. There is a side view of the sea. Parking was easy. It is well equipped.
− * There was literally nonstop barking from several dogs from morning until 11 pm. There were about 5-7 dogs in the building directly next to the condo. We were unable to sit and relax on the balcony or even inside the unit due to the incessant barking. * The furniture on the balcony was falling apart. * The second bathroom is a toilet with a sink; there is no shower or bathtub. * The sofa was falling apart and not very comfortable. * For a 3-night stay, we were each given one very stiff and dingy bath towel and one hand towel. * The apartment was not thoroughly clean, with a very dirty toaster, handles on the dishwasher, power strips, etc. We stayed in 4 apartments throughout Northern Portugal during our trip and this was by far the biggest disappointment.
