La casa ha un ottimo potenziale, non valorizzato a pieno.
8.0La casa è immersa nel verde, tra gli ulivi, e il senso di pace e tranquillità è reale. Trascorrere del tempo in piscina (anche se si tratta di una piscina non interrata) è molto gradevole e la piscina è a uso privato solo della casa. L'orario di check in e check out è stato elastico e abbiamo potuto usufruire della casa e della piscina più del previsto. La posizione è molto buona per visitare Peccioli, Volterra e altri paesi caratteristici della Toscana.
− La casa è ampia, spaziosa e con molte stanze ma manca la cura del dettaglio. La mancanza di certe accortezze, come banalmente il bagno schiuma nei bagni, o la cura delle sedie da esterno (alcune rotte) rischia di dare un senso di scarsa cura. Alcune stanze necessiterebbero una ristrutturazione così come un impianto di aria condizionata almeno al primo piano, che è più caldo del piano terra, renderebbe più piacevoli le notti in casa. Non sempre la comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata efficace, l'indirizzo indicato su booking non è preciso e abbiamo dovuto esplorare parecchio il paese e dintorni per trovare la casa.

5.0Een ruim huis. Fijn om een bakker en dorpscafé op loopafstand te hebben.
− Geboekt van zaterdag tot zaterdag. Hadden in het hele huis enkel koud water. Dit was pas op donderdagmiddag opgelost! Speciaal geselecteerd op rolstoeltoegankelijkheid en voorzieningen voor mensen met een beperking. Slaapkamer op de begane grond. Badkamer/toilet niet toegankelijk met rolstoel (kozijn te smal), keuken niet toegankelijk vanuit binnen (kozijn te smal), flinke drempel tussen keuken en terras. Ook niet kunnen ontdekken wat de voorzieningen voor mensen met een beperking. Dit viel dus echt tegen! Daarom ook prijs-kwaliteit niet voldoende.

9.0Beautiful location in a very quiet area. The house is very spacious with all the accommodies available, a big garden, and a nice big swimming pool. Central location with easy access to nearby cities (Pisa, Livorno, ..). Easy and quick communication with the host.
