10.0This is a beautiful flat in a fantastic location. We visit Hastings a lot and this is the best apartment which we have stayed in. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. The hosts, Hector & Buffy, are delightful - very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

10.0Lovely Flat, beautifully presented and located in a perfect position to explore the local area. Despite the heat, the flat remained cool and comfortable, a lovely comfortable bed ensuring we had great nights sleep. Considering we were close to the hub of the town, 5 to 6 minute walk, we were in a quiet location and not disturbed by any noise. A lovely outdoor space to relax in was perfect although this time we did not use this to its full extent..Very responsive hosts who were keen to make sure our stay was perfect. We arrived to find a lovely complementry bottle of wine, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating out 10th Wedding Anniversary. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the accommodation as not to be missed when visiting the area. Thank You for a lovely stay.😁
Great apartment within easy access to town centres.
10.01. There is a modern kitchen with everything you need. 2. The shower room was large and attractive with sink and toilet. 3. You enter via a corridor with space for hanging numerous coats. 4. The bedroom at the front of the property is spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. 5. There is a large front room with a large sofa and table and chairs. 6. Through the front room doors you have access to a very attractive outdoor area with plenty of seating, covers for sitting on and a large table and chairs. There are outdoor lights and it is a delight to sit out there in the evening weather permitting. 7. The hosts, Hector and Buffy are very proactive and nothing is too much trouble for them. 8 . The bottle of wine left for our arrival was a very thoughtful touch.
