− Maintenance. There were quite a few small things which could be fixed if maintenance does a proper check on the place.

1.0− There was a power outage for over 12 hours and the backup power provided in the unit did not work. Kruger Park Lodge indicated that the unit was privately owned and therefore offered no assistance. The person we were told to contact for maintenance was unhelpful. The food we brought got spoiled as the fridge was not working (due to the power outage), we could not bath or cook and hence our stay was very uncomfortable. While the apartment was remodelled, the workmanship was poor (i.e lob-sided toilet, misaligned flush plate, loose tiles in the bathroom, etc.)
