9.0Excelente localização, perto da praia. Funcionários do condomínio sempre atenciosos, principalmente o Sr.Lazaro. Em relação à casa, perfeito. Tinha de um tudo, só sentimos falta de uns vasos plásticos na cozinha e de um garrafão ou porta garrafão para água. Recomendo e voltarei em outras oportunidades. Ah, o atendimento do pessoal da Tribos da Água (imobiliária) nota 10. Sempre à disposição
− So precisa melhorar um pouco a limpeza. Sentimos qye ainda tinha areia da praia.
