It could be perfect
8.0In general, staying in this apartment left a positive impression on me and my family. The view from the terrace is unreal and the nearest beach was within reach. Communication with the owner and his minor problem solving were very good.
− Unfortunately, no investment has been made in the apartment itself and it is already visible that the furniture and equipment are outdated. When we arrived, after waiting for the owner and entering the apartment, we felt that the air in the apartment was stale, which is not very good first impression.

10.0This property had an amazing patio and view! It’s a town home style with 2-3 other units - we had number 2 I believe which has the best view on the corner. Interior was well maintained and had a well equipped kitchen. There was stairs to the beach which was like a 5 min walk and a little kids park also 5 min walk. You could walk down to the stores but a car would be easier. The area is central and you can go to kitries (10 min drive) or some of the nice beach bars between here and Kalamata.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were met on arrival and everything about the apartment and area was explained to us.
