L'hospitalité des propriétaires, l'emplacement, le confort et la fonctionnalité de l'appartement, le calme malgré la proximité du centre bourg, la décoration du lieu et toute les petites attentions agréables (serviettes piscine-plage à disposition, terrasse partagée, boissons disponibles). Nous regrettons de n'y avoir passé que 2 nuits...

Fantastische locatie, perfect appartement, super hosts
10.0Het ligt heel rustig, het is 's nachts stil en toch is het maar maar 3 min lopen van de gezellige hoofdstraat met winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Je loopt in 10 minuten naar meerdere echt mooie stranden met prachtig uitzicht en voor 15 euro 2 ligbedden met parasol. Nicola's is perfect. Horren voor alle ramen en deuren, super airco. Het appartement is tot in ieder detail met liefde vorm gegeven. Heerlijke bedden, fijne kussens. Super aardige hosts,, ze helpen je graag. Lief welkom met lekkers in de keuken om alvast op te starten. Koffie en thee. We konden zelfs strandschoenen, snorkels en handdoeken lenen. Lekker en super schoon zwembad, goede temperatuur, voldoende ligbedden in zon of schaduw. Parkeerplaats ook binnen 3 min, vraag het even aan de host. Kassioppi is echt leuk, mooie straatjes, bloemen, veel winkeltjes, meerdere keren echt goed gegeten, gezellige haven, mooie uitzichten. Middenin augustus niet druk, wel heel gezellig. Wij vonden het echt super bij Nicola's!

Séjour reposant et très agréable
9.0Nicola et David sont des hôtes très accueillants. La maison est très bien située à quelques mètres à pied des restaurants et du centre de Kassiopi tout en étant très au calme. Il est également possible de se rendre à la plage à pied. La piscine partagée est très agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment. Nous retournerons avec plaisir chez Nicola et David.
