10.0Krásné místo, nádherná pláž, autentické Řecko a jedno z nejkrásnějších moří, jaké jsme kdy viděli. Velmi hezké ubytování a milí, vstřícní hostitelé, kteří se o nás po celou dobu pobytu skvěle starali. Moc rádi se sem vrátíme – už teď se nám po tomto krásném místě a nádherně stráveném čase stýská. Rozhodně doporučujeme!
Hit and miss
7.0Excellent view - but the best feature is the private little beach right below the property and accessible with stairs. It’s not that small actually and you can enjoy wonderful swims in total solitude. We had an issue with the gate and the owner responded immediately, very kindly.
− For a 4-star property it’s a bit run down. The bathroom especially, from the house D2, is really really old and weird. The kitchen hob has definitely seen better days -it’s rusty in places!-and the whole decor is very old. I can live with old, but bathroom and hob at the very least need replacing. The other issue is that we had very noisy neighbours who stayed up until late so enjoying the view in the evening wasn’t possible. The owners should perhaps write and display some house rules about noise: there are several apartments in the complex and if only one creates that disruption, imagine 2 or 3 or more. Finally: we’re used to Greek hospitality being of the highest standards. A small welcome basket - even just a couple of biscuits and a mini jar of jam- would have been nice. I guess this allows the owners to keep the price down but I’d gladly pay a little more for a bit more hospitality overall. Also the gate needs fixing - it’s very random to operate it.
A beautiful place
10.0.The place is absulotely amazing! Located a few hundreds meters from Kiveri. Everything there is wonderful. The apartments is for 5 people.It is spacious and is equipped with everything you need and can think of - a kitchen full equipped, 2 toilets, a shower and a washing machine which helped us a lot. The view from the balcony is stunning, with the bay in front of you. We stayed there in April, which is still off-season , so it was very quiet. The owner answered every question we had and recommended us where to go and where to eat. He welcomed us, even though it was quite late at night and explained what we needed to know about the apartment and surroundings. We highly recommend Kiveri Gems House
