− Il parcheggio gratuito è quasi inesistente, tutti parcheggiano sul posto della struttura. Per fortuna si trova lo stesso parcheggio in zona

− Balconul lipsește, acesta fiind transformat în bucătărie . Uscătorul de rufe insuficient pentru uscarea prosoapelor pentru o familie din 5 persoane. Amplasarea uscătorului este posibilă doar in incinta spațiului de dormit.
