8.0Хозяин вежливый, отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь по всем вопросам. Квартира расположена удобно. Состояние не суперлюкс, но на несколько дней сойдет.

10.0Чисто, уютно и тепло. Единственное, не нашли сушилку, для одежды. На балконе была бельевая верёвка, но зимой не удобно.

10.0Отличная квартира, отзывчивый хозяин, все необходимые для проживания принадлежности имеются, даже бутылку воды и кофе положили, что для съемной квартиры и в целом Костаная уже уровень! В общем чисто аккуратно, тепло, лифт работает.
− 1. Утюг с пригариной мощной, вещи им гладить не рискнули, думаю это можно устранить легко, есть средства. 2. Подушки в спальне уже уставшие, и по ним это очень заметно, в принципе в наволочке (они кстати норм) незаметно, но не очень приятно изначально. Это не критично конечно, но люди разные.
