Расположение хорошое, великолепный вид с террасы, до моря 118 ступенек) - проходятся легко. Хозяин, подробно с картинками, заранее, расписал как добраться до жилья, где найти ключ (ключа в боксе должно быть два!!!). Хорошее оснащение квартиры, конечно, что-то заканчивалось, но все можно докупить для своих нужд. Пляж - песок, заход в море пологий. Спасатель внимательно следит за плавающими. Место для парковки всегда можно найти, даже напротив входа. Магазины рядом. The location is good, the best view from the terrace, 118 steps to the sea) - easy to walk. The owner, in detail, with pictures, in advance, described how to get to the house, where to find the key (there should be two keys in the box!!!). Good equipment of the apartment, of course, something ended, but everything can be bought for your needs. The beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The lifeguard carefully watches the swimmers. You can always find a parking place, even opposite the entrance. Shops are nearby.

- Die Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp von Domingo mit allen Anweisungen war absolut verständlich und klappte. - Die Lage ist gut, um schnell überall auf der Insel hinzukommen. - Toller Blick vom Balkon. - Die Nettigkeiten (Wein, Milch, Kaffeekapseln, Süßes) zum Empfang. - Auch wenn es keinen zugeordneten Parkplatz zum Appartement gibt, hatten wir kein Problem immer recht nah einen zu bekommen. - Es gibt einen Mini-Spar fußläufig der eine erstaunliche Auswahl von allem hat. Zur Info: - Es gibt eine Kapselmaschine (Dolce Gusto) und nicht nur eine Kaffeemaschine, die die kleinsten Filter aller Zeiten benötigt. - Die auf den Bildern abgebildeten Klappstühle auf dem Balkon gibt es nicht mehr, dafür sind dort Kunststoffliegen. - Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, jedoch nur eins davon mit Dusche. - Melenara ist eigentlich ein Urlaubsort von Spaniern. Es gibt eine Reihe an Restaurants rundum, wir haben aber nur eins gefunden, in dem man mit English klar kam.

− Ja, man liegt in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen (Entfernung keine 5km Luftlinie). Bei Wind von Süden sind die Flugzeuge dann im Landeanflug zu hören, in der anderen Windrichtung im Startvorgang. Wind von Süden bedeutet leisere Flugzeuge, dafür mächtig Wind auf der Terrasse. Wind aus Norden bedeutet laute Flugzeuge wegen Startschub, dafür toll windgeschützte Terrasse. Bei durchschnittlich 200 Starts, bzw. 200 Landungen jeden Tag, kann man sich ausrechnen, dass zwischen 6°° und 24°° im Schnitt 11 Maschinen/Stunde über das Haus fliegen. Ohne Fluglärm wäre es natürlich schöner, aber der Blick, Sonnenauf-/untergang und das Gewusel vor einem auf dem Wasser entschädigt dafür.

Amazing apartment with amazing host

The wonderful Domingo was great at communicating all the details, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment was spotless, and the view was amazing. The beach, promenade, and restaurants were right there, and the supermarket was also not far. All the facilities were there and we spent 3 extremely comfortable weeks here. Domingo went over and above to make sure we enjoyed our stay, giving fantastic tips about where to go, car rentals, helping us get a taxi and a drying rack for my mom's washing. We are already planning our next trip here.

− The sound of the planes always flying over, but as Domingo said you soon got used to it.
