− After paying for the stay, the host requested a €250 damage deposit through a sketchy third party link, which booking advises not to click on or put any information in. No clear mention of this written anywhere beforehand and upon doing a google search, this third party is commonly used for scams. When I refused to pay this through the dodgy third party link, I was refused access to the accomodation and also refused a refund.

3.0I only liked the location. The apartment is in the heart of old town, which is quite convenient. That's it.
− The staff is pretty rude and absolutely disinterested in a client's comfort and satisfaction. The apartment is decrepit, doors to the terrace didn't close properly, there are holes i could insert my hand in. So it was freezing inside at night.We had to run ac basically the whole night. And lets not forget, they charge you for energy spendings during your stay. Terrace itself was dirty including table and chairs on it, and there's a pigeon nest above the window. The kitchen cupboards are sticky, it feels like no one cleaned it properly in a long time. The bathroom is horrifying. There's a window in the shower that lids directly to the staircase, it felt like someone could watch you, if they'd stand on their tiptoes. There's barely any pressure and water flow was poor to say least. There is no ventilation system and there's mold above the shower, of course. The door in the bathroom get stuck halfway, so we had to push it to close and open. There are two entrances in the apartment and both doors have holes in it, those holes are stuffed with napkins. And cherry on the cake, the main entrance door of the building is closing with such rumour, im sure if there are doors in hell, they close with this sound.
Do NOT stay at this apartment! The place had no heating, it was freezing, and there was no hot water.

The conditions were so terrible that I had to change accommodation immediately. I never even received a reply regarding a refund. I wasted my time and money. Absolutely avoid this place - you will regret it!
