Great price for Epic Views and Location BUT would not recommend for important trip/ vacation.
6.0The view really makes The Balcony the balcony. The dwelling was cleaned very well with dishes, cups and silverware. An outside lower deck was available too. Local cuisine was offered here as well! Took pictures but website isn't accepting my file types.
− When we came in we were tired from scooter/ ferry travel and Enrique made it sound like we needed to be escorted to the unit when in fact it is quite easy to get to. He was nice but was over explaining about things we didn't ask about. A ladder should not be left in front of a window to such a beautiful place. Then the door was not functional from the outside and security was not existent if guests left for the day; if you were inside and performed a full body lift, the door would latch closed. Moldy towels should never be given to guests and this almost made me leave and find another place to stay. Plus the unit is below the main house and wooden floors amplified every stomp taken through main house. Thank you!

10.0This was by far the best accommodation I had in the Philippines. The view is absolutely amazing, sunset and sunrise were both magical. Enriquo was super helpful with getting a scooter and finding the best island spots.

10.0We LOVED our stay ! Best place so far after one month in the philippines! The home owners were very friendly and helped us with any of our questions and demands. The balcony is incredible for youre coffee in the morning, best view! Water was provided and even a pop corn machine!

10.0The view is incredible. Friendly hosts with a warm and welcoming attitude. The balcony is very comfortable for relaxing. Great spot just a few minutes up the hill from town. My favorite place on the island!
a fantastic stay in a beautiful location
9.0stunning location, not far from town; nice kitchen, great to have a full size fridge/freezer, no AC but the airflow through the windows is great so not needed! it was so nice of Enrique to help pick us up from the port and then also take us onwards at the end of our stay, he communicated really well throughout too, great host! he also organised our motorbike rental which was ready at the port on arrival!
− Could just do with a couple of small tea towels to dry the dishes with rather than the tiny one provided as it quickly got soaked :)

9.0The owner is super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. We could even cook. Nice view from the window as well. Netflix worked:)
