− Bei Ankunft war der Boden im Aufenthaltsraum und das Geschirr sehr schmutzig, Die Tische haben geklebt. Das Bett mussten wir selbst beziehen. Die Matratzen sehr dünn. Duschen sind teilweise verschimmelt. Vermieter hat die Kaution auf 200 erhöht, nachdem eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war. Vermieter ist zu Abergabe nicht erschienen und hat uns 100 Euro von der Kaution abgezogen, weil wir nicht die Bettwäsche abgezogen,- und den Boden nicht gewischt haben. Für die Zahlung der Kaution wurde uns keine schriftliche Bestätigung gegeben.
