We enjoyed near lots of great restaurants harbour .. shops

− A bit sparse in the basics eg no salt or pepper .. small Shower .. no bedside table but not enough room for one .. but great location .. made up for it
Topp Lage und trotzdem ruhig.
10.0Topp Lage, sehr geräumig, sehr sauber. Mega schöner Balkon mit Blick zum Hafen. Hafen und Fähre fußläufig fut zu erreichen. Nur wenige Minuten zu einer schöben Auswahl an Tavernen in einer netten Seitenstraße oder zu den vielen Tavernen am Hafen. Kontakt mit Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und u kompliziert über WhatsApp. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Βολικό διαμέρισμα.
8.0Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Πολύ κεντρικά. Γνωρίζοντας το Λαύριο σαν Λαυριωτης ήξερα ότι εξυπηρετεί τον σκοπό του ταξιδιού. Άνετο διαμέρισμα, και μεγάλο ασανσέρ (6 ατόμων). Η βεράντα είναι πολύ βολική, και μπορεί κάποιος να χαλαρώσει.
− Χρειάζεται περισσότερη φροντίδα το σπίτι σε γενικές γραμμές. 1. Θα περίμενα περισσότερη προσοχή στα κλιματιστικά.. 2. Υπάρχει ένα καλώδιο κομμένο στο κλιματιστικό του δωματίου, που είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο από παιδιά, αλλά και τα νερά στην βεράντα. Δεν ξέρω αν έχει 'φορτίο ' και ούτε δοκίμασα να μαθω. Είναι θέμα ασφαλείας...

10.0Την τελευταία στιγμή ,μας έγινε αναβάθμιση, από το νούμερο 2 στο νούμερο 1. Ένα τέλειο διαμέρισμα όλες τις ανέσεις, όχι απλά για μία διαμονή λίγων ημερών, αλλά άξιο να εξυπηρετήσει ακόμη και μόνιμη διαμονή . Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν μεριμνήσει ακόμη και για την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Μπράβο σας.
