− The property hadn’t been cleaned with stained covers and mattress and still had the owners open food packets in the cupboards, too many stairs to carry large suit cases up, asked for a refund as we refused the property and left but didn’t get a full refund, very disappointed

6.0Las vistas desde el apartamento son expectaculares. La terraza es muy aprovechable gracias a las sombrillas que hay en el apartamento. The views from the apartment are spectacular. The terrace is very usable thanks to the parasols provided in the apartment.
− -Es un cuarto piso SIN ASCENSOR. Esto no viene indicado en el texto en español del anuncio. Subir las maletas o la compra es una odisea. Si tienes problemas de movilidad, no vas a poder subir. -NO TIENE APARCAMIENTO PROPIO. Hay 5 plazas en la calle de acceso a la escalera; Si están ocupadas tienes que ir lejos a buscar aparcamiento. -NO TIENES MANERA DE CONTACTAR CON EL DUEÑO. Fallaron dos cosas en el apartamento (aire acondicionado de salón y la cama principal) y no nos dieron solución, por que el telefono de contacto es de la persona que limpia. Esta persona le comunica el problema al propietario que está en el extranjero, y nunca llega respuesta o solución. -It is on the fourth floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. This is not indicated in the Spanish text of the advertisement. Carrying suitcases or groceries up the stairs is an ordeal. If you have mobility issues, you will not be able to climb the stairs. -IT DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN PARKING. There are five parking spaces on the street leading to the staircase; if they are occupied, you will have to go far away to find parking. -YOU HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE OWNER. Two things in the apartment were not working (the air conditioning in the living room and the main bed) and we were not given a solution, because the contact number is for the cleaning person. This person reports the problem to the owner, who is abroad, and we never receive a response or solution.
