Wonderful, attentive host and great location – perfect for a stopover!
8.0- A huge thank you goes to the owner: he is extremely friendly, helpful, and truly went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. He even had two e-bikes available for us to borrow! - The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, offers fast Wi-Fi, and has plenty of free parking spaces right in front of the property – ideal for anyone traveling by car. - The beautiful Mondello Beach, with its many restaurants and market stalls, is just over a kilometer away and easily reachable on foot. - The kitchen was fully equipped, though we didn't use it since we only stayed for one night. All in all, a solid, extensively equipped apartment that met our comfort needs for a short stay.
− - Our only real critique is the mattress, which in our opinion should be replaced as it sags quite a bit. - Since it is a basement (souterrain) apartment, it is naturally a bit dark, and the air felt slightly musty despite the well-functioning air conditioning. However, for a one-night stay, we were completely fine with that.

4.0Schöner Einrichtungsstil!
− Das Apartment war grundsätzlich nett, entsprach jedoch leider nicht ganz den Bildern. Einige Details wirkten ungepflegt, zum Beispiel fehlte die Klospülarmatur und unter den Kästen war es nicht sauber. Auch der Eingangsbereich machte keinen besonders einladenden Eindruck. Da uns der Besitzer erlaubt hatte, unser Gepäck vor dem Check-in abzustellen und wir gemeinsam mit Freunden angereist sind, kam es offenbar zu einem Missverständnis: Unsere Freunde hatten ein separates Apartment gebucht, dennoch wurde unsere Buchung über Booking.com storniert, weil angeblich vier Personen im Apartment gewesen seien. Leider wurden wir davor nicht direkt kontaktiert, wodurch ein längeres Hin und Her entstand, das sehr unangenehm und stressig war. Zusätzlich wurde uns zunächst mitgeteilt, dass es aufgrund eines Problems der Stadt keinen Strom gäbe. Als wir später zu zweit ins Apartment kamen, wirkte diese Erklärung allerdings etwas unglaubwürdig. Insgesamt waren wir daher enttäuscht. Außerdem sollte man beachten, dass der Fußweg zum Strand etwa 40–45 Minuten dauert.
