9.0Het appartement ligt naast het terras en de doorloop naar de keuken van De Fabriek. Het is klein, maar volledig. Slapen op de zolder. Grote ventilator aanwezig, geen airco. Midden in het centrum, veel terrassen, winkels en restaurants in de buurt, maar daar merk je in het appartement verder niets van. Binnen zeer rustig. Leuke buurt, prachtige omgeving. Goed contact met eigenaar en personeel. Zeer tevreden.
− Het 'terras' van het appartement was tevens de doorloop naar de keuken en vrij krap. Maar na 17.00 uur, is de Fabriek gesloten en heb je nergens meer last van.
Schattig huisje in het centrum van Nijmegen.
9.0De ligging was fantastisch en de winkel/restaurant er naast was leuk en dynamisch. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
− Het was erg warm in de zomer bij het bed op zolder.
