10.0Das Appartment liegt in einer sicheren Wohnstraße in Mondello. Das Design der Wohnung, die Sauberkeit, die zentrale Lage, alles stimmte perfekt. Ganz besonders muss man die Gastfreundschaft der Host erwähnen, sie hat uns sehr herzlich und dennoch dezent willkommen geheißen, hat uns viele Tipps für unseren ersten Besuch in Mondello und Palermo gegeben und hat uns für den Rücktransport zum Flughafen einen vertrauenswürdigen Fahrer vermittelt. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt!

10.0Alessandra was an excellent host, she was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. She had been very communicative on the phone before we arrived and made sure we had everything that we needed. We were able to check in early which was super helpful. Alessandra showed us how to get around from the flat and gave us excellent recommendations of activities, restaurants, cafes and beaches to visit.
− We had to pay a tourist tax at the end of our stay which was fine but it would have been easier to have paid for this at the time of booking as we did not have any cash to pay this on our arrival.

9.0Fantastic and friendly host who made us very welcome and made everything easy for us. Always had help available if we needed it, very kindly organised efficient taxi pick up at the airport which was very much appreciated and our host was there to show us everything as we arrived. There was the most fantastic little deli/mini-market just around the corner and a superb bakery around the other corner. The beach is an easy walk away and the accommodation is superbly cleaner, private and quiet. Would recommend this as a great place to stay without doubt.
− The narrow streets around Mondello mean cars pass a little close by at times and unfortunately the pavements are not in great condition to allow you to stay on the pavement and off the road, but Mondello beach and water are just great. And all the food was fantastic.
