7.0El apartamento está bien cuidado y limpio. Tiene plaza de parking y está bien ubicado
− Al llegar nos encontramos que el desagüe del lavamanos estaba atascado. Fatal, ya que la persona que ha hecho la limpieza tenía que haber informado para que pasaran a solucionarlo. Pasamos así la primera tarde-noche y lo arreglaron al día siguiente sobre las 10 de la mañana.

False listing information, unhelpful management
2.0The apartment itself was clean and modern, but our stay was overshadowed by a significant discrepancy between the listing and reality, combined with poor customer service from the rental company.
− The listing clearly advertised a sun terrace, but the apartment we received did not have one at all. When we contacted the rental company directly, staff were unfriendly and dismissive, insisting we had “booked incorrectly” rather than acknowledging the error. Booking.com’s own support team confirmed to us that the apartment should have included a terrace as advertised, and advised us to resolve the issue directly with the host — who then refused to address it at all. And the apartment was located on a busy, noisy street. We cannot recommend this listing. Guests should be cautious about relying on the terrace/facilities listed in the description.
