This place is good for a short stay and is a good location for visiting the Hobbition movie set.

− It would have been better to have hot water running in the kitchen tap.

10.0Very close to Hobbiton/Matamata and Tīrau and about one hour from Rotorua. Comfortable bed time n bedroom and a second twin bed in the open living room area. Generous breakfast provided including home baked bread, spreads, cereal and yogurt. We unfortunately didn’t have time to walk the gardens. This apartment is attached to the home BUT we didn’t hear anyone and it was very quiet. Very clean and plenty of thoughtful touches to make it a pleasant stay. Thank you for sharing your home.
