10.0One of the most beautiful apartments I've ever been in. Very spacious with lots of light and fully equipped. Stunning view on the bay and St Michael's Mount. At a walking distance from railway and bus station and from the city high street. Self check in with provided instructions was much appreciated
− A bit tricky to find at first as my GPS wasn't finding the address provided and gave us a bit of detour. But easily solved and really a small nuisance

6.0The property is very well located overlooking Penzance Harbour. The flat is very tastefully decorated.
− The fridge was not fit for purpose as it did not keep anything cold which caused a problem with our food as we stayed in the flat during a heat wave. We also had a problem with the hot water which was easily remedied but was a nuisance. The lounge has lots of lovely paintings and artefacts but some items needed a good clean or good dust!

10.0Very well appointed & tastefully decorated apartment with all the comforts, everything you need including parking, good base for walking into town, watching a game of rugby, and along the coastal path to Marazion or Mousehole. Stunning views over to St Michael's Mount from the larger-than-it-looks-in-the-pics lounge with dining, plus balcony. Thank you to the very responsive owner Joanne.

1.0Great location just a short distance from the train station.
− Very strong, almost overwhelming, smell of mildew. Property needs a deep cleaning - multiple stains on furniture and carpets. Bathroom skylight mildewed with multiple spiderwebs and small insects had fallen into the bathroom sink. The refrigerator doesn’t latch properly, which is a food safety issue. Internet connection was poor. No hot water. Extremely soft bed. Ultimately, left after one night and stayed somewhere else.
