I’ve been staying here over many years, Sunny beach apartments and studios have everything you could need and it’s all about location location location! Right on Paignton seafront with super local amenities including boat rides to Torquay and Brixham from the harbour lights a 5 min walk to 10 mins to train and bus station and the wonderful Dartmouth steam and cruise is a must! Plus shops and places to eat everywhere. Can’t wait to book again for next year!

A very lovely stay!

I loved being able to look out of the window and see the sea. The shower was lovely, and being from nearer London, it was a treat for me to have soft water! The kitchen was well-equipped with things we needed to cook and eat at the apartment when we wanted to. The apartment is decorated really nicely, and was clean on arrival. The hosts were really friendly and helpful when I needed to reach them, and prompt in their response. All in all I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It would even be lovely to stay here out of season, I think it would be a lovely, cosy little hub to while away the hours with a good book. Maybe I'll come again, by myself next time and enjoy some peace from the family! :') It was really helpful to have fans in the apartment due to the road outside being fairly busy, so that was a nice touch as it meant we could pull the windows up overnight and not feel stifled. If you're considering a stay at Sunnybeach, book it! You will not be disappointed!

− The only thing that would have made this stay better would be use of the laundry facilities, selfishly, because it would have meant we could pack a LOT lighter than we did. Also worth noting the sofa bed is very firm, myself and my partner took turns sleeping on it and let our child stay each night in the bedroom because the bed is a lot comfier. But that said, it isnt terrible! The stairs up to the second floor are unforgiving after a long day exploring, but I found the view to be worth it :)

The accommodation was spotless; furniture was of very high standard and the interior decor, too, was very tasteful! We loved the Ipad that was supplied giving us up to date details each day about the weather, how to use the equipment within the apartment and what is on in the immediate and surrounding area
