10.0Very lovely appartment with nice garden, nice and confortable. Also parking space is in garage and is a huge one we were parking big SUV there. All comunications with owner were amazing. Surroundung is very nice, big shop just 1 minute and really good restaurants there. Very recomanded

− Smell in the utility area and washing machine needs a clean. Not a criticism just a suggestion to look at.
