10.0Tuve una excelente experiencia. Anita fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, siempre pendiente de lo que necesitaba y con mucha flexibilidad para hacer mi estancia más cómoda. La limpieza y la ubicación de la casa son excelentes. Sin duda, la recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme aquí.
Misleading listing and zero willingness from the owner to make things right.
1.0− I reserved this place for a 3‑night stay because the listing clearly advertised “no prepayment required” and “free cancellation.” However, shortly after booking, the owner contacted me saying I needed to pay a deposit in order to secure the reservation. This directly contradicted what the "Booking.com" ad promised. To avoid further complications, I went ahead and paid the full amount upfront. When I arrived, the place did not meet my expectations. Given the misleading information about payment and cancellation, I asked the owner for a partial reimbursement. Despite the listing stating free cancellation, the owner refused to refund anything. Overall, the experience felt deceptive. The policies shown in the ad were not honored, and I ended up paying in full for a place I didn’t even stay. I would not recommend this place unless the owner updates the listing to accurately reflect the real terms and treats guests more fairly. May 2026 I would like to clarify something that may have been misunderstood regarding what happened during my visit. The phrase “trashing somebody’s house,” as used by the owner, is generally understood to mean damaging or destroying property. I want to make it clear that the only thing I touched was the doorknob—once to open the door and again a few minutes later to close it.
