5.0Good central location, staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The lady who cleans the property was particularly helpful.
− No sign of luxury at this property, the furnishings were poor quality and many items were broken, the walls and carpet were grubby and need painting/replacing including in the communal area. The balcony should be an asset but broken floor, cheap furniture and no plants made it depressing. I tried to contact the management company via phone and booking.com as the kettle was not working, no response by either avenues, fortunately we bumped into the cleaning lady who provided a new kettle.
