4.0The property was well furnished
− It is sold through booking .com as a newly refurbished large family apartment.. ( maybe once but renting out is starting to take a toll ) I have emailed the owner to show him I have stayed at the royal William boat yard many times and this property isn’t any bigger than the average size property . When you book on here please scroll to the bottom because it is TWO separate apartments which need to be both be booked of their is more than two of you .! It isn’t a sea view apartment either . You look out into the car park . The bunk beds are in a cupboard by the kitchen oven . And my two 12 year old kids could not sleep in there mainly because the gap for them to crawl through was so small they ended up on the sofa . The ladder to the top bunk was so narrow they couldn’t get their feet through . And the spacing head height wasn’t good either . I had saved all year to take my kids away to my favourite place . Came away disappointed. I did say I wouldn’t write a bad review . But I will write an honest one. Through no fault of the owner booking . Com makes out that his is all one area for the price which would have been fair and it would have made the stay a nicer stay for the money I paid ,but Matt is a friendly guy . When I spoke to him and he explained this.said there would be enough room .. there is sofa bed but wasn’t expecting to do when I paid all that money and showed separate bedroom for the girls through this site . The cleaner did what they could do but like I said the property will need some touch up working doing to it . Not just painting over stuff .
