Great location
7.0Very big and spacious apartment , decent size tv, great location. Good for a short family stay.
− Water tank was located in the bedroom in what looked like extra wardrobe right beside bed, so the noise of it filling up was very loud. Didn't like an AI answering the phone call when we couldn't locate the apparment which wasn't very helpful (eventually we found it ourselves). Very dusty and lots of cobwebs in the corners.

8.0− Didn't receive email with code to get key. Had to phone and was told that they were cleaning the apartment. Still hadnt received it by the time of arrival and was told that they were still cleaning it, which I dont understand as guests have to check out by 12 as new guests check in from 3pm. After a long drive all you want is to get into apartment but this was not an option as we had to wait, so went into town. On returning to apartment, I still hadn't received code, but that didn't matter as door was left unlocked.

7.0The size and quality of the space and furniture
− The whole place needs a little tlc regarding the floor boards, decking boards on the balcony (should be tested for strength and receive a lick of decking oil for the weather) and the same for certain things like the door knobs and window blinds. There was also a grill missing from the oven which made it a little difficult to cook breakfast. We just used the pans to do a fry-up but would have preferred a grill or air-fryer. Otherwise everything else was up to our standards regarding value for money and we would love to return to Shannon Oaks Apartments for a return visit soon.
