Great location and well-equipped, but let down by cleanliness and noise.
7.01.Good location! It’s very close to the Canada Line, and having supermarkets and shops nearby . very convenient. 2. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials, including kitchenware, a washing machine, and a dryer, which easily met all our living needs.
− 1. The building is directly under a flight path. If you open the windows, it gets incredibly noisy from the airplanes. 2, The cleanliness was sub-par. We found trash left behind by the previous guest inside the bathroom drawer. Furthermore, both the washing machine and the towels had a noticeable musty odor, so we had to rewash everything before using them.
Would happily stay again.
10.0Very convenient location. The size of the apartment is sufficient for a family of 5, the apartment is clean and well equipped with everything needed. Host responded to requests promptly. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment, met all our needs. Convenient location.
6.0Location was very good for getting downtown via the Skytrain. Good sized appt with views over the city which unfortunately we could not see clearly due to smoke from wildfires.
− Some areas of appt were a bit tired, the chairs in the dining area were badly worn.
