7.0A localização Apesar do prédio estar num estado muito degradado, o apartamento não está mal... simples, e com conforto qb para passar uns dias, apesar de não ter muitos utensílios de cozinha para preparar uma refeição.
− O prédio em si nota-se que é antigo, mas precisa de muitas obras.
Ótima estadia num local próximo dos principais pontos turísticos de Setúbal.
10.0O apartamento é bem iluminado pelo sol. Possui uma varanda e uma ampla sala. Os quartos são bons e o chuveiro é ótimo.
− A parte interna do prédio é muito escura. A TV poderia ter uma antena para receber sinais digitais.
