7.0Zdecydowanym plusem apartamentu jest lokalizacja. Mieszkanie jest duże i przestronne a także ładnie urządzone.
− Niestety Apartament wyglądał, jakby został jedynie pobieżnie posprzątany. Można było zauważyć brud na podłogach, czarny nalot pod prysznicem czy zerwane zasłony w oknach.

− patelnie i garnki były niedomyte oraz płyta indukcyjna nie wykrywała patelni , tylko garnki grzały
